Olicana is the old Roman name for Ilkley. It’s where I’m building this business, and a Yorkshireman is always proud of his roots.
My corporate background is in sales and marketing, across insurance, FMCG and AI. I’ve had the privilege of working with some great brands, with plenty of free chocolate along the way.
Being a small business is my strength. I work on every campaign, from the offer to the replies. No juniors, no handovers. If I don't book qualified meetings, I don't earn the fee.
Most importantly, I’m not after quick wins. I want to work with a handful of good businesses and grow alongside them.
