If you become a client, our services are provided under a separate written agreement. These website terms do not form part of that agreement, and if the two conflict, the client agreement wins.

Our site is free to use. We do not guarantee it will always be available or uninterrupted, and we may suspend or withdraw any part of it for business or operational reasons.

Results vary from business to business, and nothing on our site is a promise or guarantee of any particular outcome. Any commitments we make to clients are set out in our client agreement.
We make reasonable efforts to keep our site up to date, but we do not guarantee that its content is accurate, complete or current.

You may view and use our site for your own business purposes. You must not:

We own, or are licensed to use, all intellectual property in our site and its content, including the Olicana name and logo and The Outbound Flywheel™. All rights are reserved.
8. Links to other sites
Where our site links to other websites or tools (such as our booking calendar), those links are for your convenience. We have no control over those sites and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
9. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Subject to that, we provide our site “as is” and, to the extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties and representations. We will not be liable to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, our site, or your reliance on its content — including loss of profits, sales, business, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill or data, or any indirect or consequential loss.
